Vesnivka Women’s Choir

Vesnivka is Canada’s pre-eminent Ukrainian women’s choir. Our mandate: to bring Ukrainian classical, contemporary, sacred and folk music to life. We share our choral tradition with communities of music lovers wherever they may be. Vesnivka has collaborated with leading Canadian choirs and ensembles including the Elmer Iseler Singers, the Orpheus Choir, the Amadeus Choir, the Victoria Scholars, the Toronto Children’s Choir and the Gryphon Trio.

Over the past four decades, Vesnivka has become an integral part of the Canadian and the Canadian-Ukrainian choral communities. From its humble origins as a school choir for girls, Vesnivka has grown into a powerful voice in the world of choral music. As Vesnivka approaches its 50th anniversary, the tradition of choral excellence lives on.
